Natural Disaster Policy

In the last few years, we've seen some natural disasters that have interrupted the flow of people's lives. Also, thousands of businesses were forced to interrupt services due to hurricanes, wildfires, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.

When it comes to natural disasters, there's not much we can do in the way of preventative measures. While we can't stop natural disasters from happening, we can help minimize the impact with good planning and preparation.

An email/text message will be sent if Dejerinett Fashions is expected to be impacted by a natural disaster and/or have been impacted by a natural disaster.

If the natural disaster is worse than what we expect and forces the business to shut down for a few weeks/months, we will notify customers and post the message on our website, and social media pages.

If our warehouse is damaged and there is a loss of inventory, we will notify each customer and refund them appropriately.

If there is damage to our local shipping carriers, we will attempt to ship at the closest facilities near our area, which may cause a delay.

Of course, when disaster strikes, it's vital to allow time to recover. We will need to assess the damage and determine how to move forward with processing, fulfillment, supply, customer service, and shipping. We will continue to keep customers informed as much as possible during the process. We will notify customers via email, chat, phone, and social media, if possible.
